Moratalla, Murcia country house
This building has been divided and rehabilitating in two houses. Each house has two floors of 140 m2. On the ground floor there is a wooden porch, dining room, fully furnished kitchen and a long corridor which distributes to the bathroom and three bedrooms. On the upper floor, which is accessed by a beautiful wooden staircase is another bathroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom.
The rehabilitation of the properties has been completed in August 2004, retaining the existing structure, as well as the ceilings. The porch is a new construction, made entirely of wood. The two houses are identical, although symmetrical, with the difference that the house Farm 2 has access for handicapped persons.
